I visited really quickly. Unfortunately, I didn't have as much time as I would have liked so I can't go really in to depth.
Pros:
Nice layout and villager placement. I can't even begin to imagine how long that would have taken.
I loved your homes. The strawberry wallaper/carpet pattern in one of them was beautiful.
Gorgeous forest setting.
Beautiful flag.
Great use of public works projects.
Con:
I really love how forest like your town is, I really do. But I found it really hard to get around the southern half at times. It was easy to get lost, stuck, or run in to something. I guess it's sort of a double edge sword.

loved the whole town. absolutely beautiful town with incredible setups around so many of the pwp's
the only problem? the villager houses are arranged so impossibly perfect that it's obvious that a lot of plot resetting occurred which causes it to look really inorganic around their homes and empty in the main area of the town
also, your beach could use some tlc. I don't really use my beach except to breed hybrids, but yours has literally nothing there. You even left a wetsuit but there was no reason to swim to the little bit of beach in the north-eastern corner because it too was devoid of anything. With the rest of the town as good as it is, I think it's a shame that the beach is so forlorn when it's so obvious you could work wonders with it.

I agree, it's one thing to have a list of addresses--and another thing to focus on one town & help the person improve it & give feedback.

I like your town I think it's very pretty. Some of the paths are a bit confusing at times, but you don't ever wander into an area that's not well-done. Is this town hacked or do you just have made plot resetting skills? Props on those straight houses. These were some of my favorite areas:
