Villagers you thought/wish had a different personality?

Are there any villagers who at first glance made you think they were a specific personality, only to find they were something else? I had that experience with Carmen who I assumed was, well, anything but Peppy because her design just looks more calm and reserved than how Peppies act. And I wouldn't have guessed that Roald was a Jock because he's so cute and round lol.

Unfortunately, though I love their designs those are both my least favorite personalities and I don't think they fit their designs too well either, which is the main reason I don't really want them on my island.

Not sure about villagers with different personalities, maybe Zucker being normal. But I do wish there were even more personality types.

Rooney should have been a jock. Or at least SOMETHING other than cranky. It bothers me that both male kangaroos are cranky.

I wish Coco was Sisterly/Uchi instead of the Normal personality. I feel like it would make more sense and give her character more depth, past just her cool and unique character design. While I understand why she is Normal, because they are generally quite cold/basic just like you'd probably think Coco is, but if she was sisterly I just think she would be way cooler. Plus, that way i'd like to think she'd be defensive of the other villagers on my island, and act more as a protector instead of a just a soulless shell (although that's also kinda cool).

Also, while this is more general as opposed to being directed towards a certain villager, I wish the wolf species had a more broad range of personalities to choose from. Sure, while snooty and cranky are two of my favourite villager personalities, that doesn't mean I want almost every single one to be the same personality as each other but with a slightly different character design. If this was the case, I also probably would have had a full island of just wolf's at this point haha.

I think more personality types would be great... I just got ketchup and many of her dialogue is similar to Flora's so this is a little disappointing.

The normal personality type is a bit dry and some villagers that are so unique looking but have a normal personality is pretty funky. Eg coco.

Genji will forever be a cranky to me, and I still get surprised when I hear him talk haha.

They all seem the same now, so for me, I wish all of the personalities were the way they were back in Wild World.

It's sad to see my Wolfgang so dumbed down, to the point where I avoid him so I don't end up disliking him.

For a long time, I thought Big Top was a jock instead of lazy. Also Dobie should've stayed as lazy instead of changing him to be the billionth cranky wolf.

Snake strikes me as a lazy. I know he talks about muscles and working out like a jock, but he doesn't give off that vibe. Nor does Roald, which might be why I liked him so well in NL.
