Villagers you think shouldve had a different personality?

Does anyone else besides me feel like a villager shouldve gotten a different personality?
For me willow just does not seem like a snooty personality at all and its hard to wrap my head around how she didnt get a different one and i was just wondering does anyone else feel this way about a villager they have or have seen?

I think Hans should have been cranky. The smug personality just seems so wrong on him and it causes a conflict in my fragile mind

Oh, I'm so glad you made this thread. Something that's been bothering me for AGES is that fact that Mott is a jock villager.
It makes a little more sense now that they've changed his default outfit to a letterman jacket, seeing as it was originally a pirate costume. I think it would have been a lot better if they changed Mott to a smug villager and kept the pirate costume, though. He looked great in that with his glasses and little goatee.

I think Cheri should have been changed to an uchi villager, for sure. She just doesn't fit as a peppy to me. Same with Carmen, she seems like she'd be a lot better with an uchi personality.

I also think it would be funny if Marshal was cranky.

I always though that Marshal were Cranky, when I found out that he?s smug I decided that I want him in my town, I dislike pretty much every other smug villager, and I kinda like Marshal.

I thought for the longest time that Genji and Marshal were cranky (based on their appearances), but I don't mind the personalities they have. c:

I think there should be villagers of each gender in the different personalities. I realize they kind of have parallels (snooty-cranky, lazy-normal, jock-peppy, smug-uchi) but...I really want to see excitable peppy males and lazy ladies that love talking about food.

Nothing specific, just something that occurred to me.
