Villagers won't stop talking about my face

I also have this issue. But with my skin color. If I can I always go for the most pale white skin color in any game because I am really pale myself. So when those skin colors where released I put it on and wear it since then. So like November last year. The villagers still talk about it like I changed it yesterdayay. It is pretty annoying.

Not precisely my face, but my villagers always talk about how I wear the same outfit all the time.

I think I see the dialogue about my "cute, round face" (I can't remember the exact wording) about once every one to two weeks. I've definitely gotten comments about wearing the same outfit much more often than I used to because I would change my outfit whenever the Nook Mile+ task came up. I've never changed my eye and skin colour, so I wouldn't know about the other types of dialogue we could see.
