Villagers won't move?

So for about 3 weeks in game time I've been TTing in order to get twiggy out because she's in a TERRIBLE spot and overall I just don't like her. But honestly, not one of my villagers have pinged me to move??? Why?????? Is my game stuck with these villagers because I'm not really okay with that. :/ how do I get her out and why won't my villagers ping?

Sometimes villagers don't ping you and may just move. I don't think it's a glitch, it's probably one will move sooner or later without saying.

Try talking to your villagers and see if one of them say "___ is thinking of moving." Or something.

Sometimes they dont ping right away, best thing to do is talk to several villager several times to find out if someone is movig, after you know who is movig, try to pass in front of him to see if he ping you, if not save and quit and try again until he pings you.

And I think you need to have at least 9 villagers for them to move out.

Have you tried the diving trick to get them to ping?

if they are really stubborn, and wont seem to leave. i always used a last ditch effort where you make a new player, you talk to all the villagers atleast once, the ones you wanna keep more than once. you then ignore (no net hitting, sending garbage, pushing, etc) and dont talk to the offending villager. this usually gets rid of the villager in about a week.

the trick works on the premise of not building a friendship quest/chain with the offending villager...so the game sees them as not wanted. after about (Sometimes longer) the game cycles the unwanted villager often without a ping of pretty effective though.
