villagers with matching personality types interacting?

i just had a random question pop into my head again today... i know that villagers of different personality types can have conversations with each, e.g. jock villagers will try and convince lazy villagers to work out, or normal villagers will try and recommend a book to a peppy villager- something along those lines. but from what i can remember, i've never seen two villagers with the same personality type have a conversation together! is this something programmed into the game, or is it just something i haven't seen yet? or perhaps i have seen it before and just forgotten LMAO

i'd love to hear if you guys have ever witnessed two villagers of the same personality type having a conversation before!!

I don?t think the game will make a difference between personalities when it comes to interactions. Just because two villagers have the same personality it isn?t any less logical for them to have a conversation.

They can. But speaking of Jock's and Lazy's, I overheard conversation between Rudy and Cranston the Other day

Rudy: C'mon dude, you gotta work you're biceps or something. You need to stop eating as much.
Cranston: I'll never stop eating!
Rudy: But its bad for you!
Cranston: Well it's good for my tastebuds!
Rudy: Malayna! You've gotta help me!
Me: I WANT IN ON THISSSSSS
Cranston: Wait...you're gonna make me do push-ups? NOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!

My crankies get together to talk about their nephews and neices, among other things, but I've seen it less often in NL than in CF and WW. I see convos less often overall in NL.

I just started a new town that is for dogs only.

I have two Normal villagers—Daisy and Goldie—next to each other as neighbors. The town’s two Lazy villagers—Marcel and Lucky—are also next-door neighbors.

Lucky is brand new. But, when it comes to the Normal pairs, I have not seen them talk with each other yet.

I am going to watch out for this.

i don't know..... the things they talk about are related to their personalities, but i don't know of any interactions between ones of same.... i'll check !!

I find Lolly and Nana having a conversation all the time because of how close their house is(partly neighbors).

“Maybe we should share it some other time.”

I've experienced villager's of the same personality have conversation many times in the past. It's actually why in my current town, Laelia, I plan on having Erik and Elmer live near each other. I'm hoping to catch them in conversation often, since they are both Lazy.

I've had Fauna and Sylvana (both normal) talking the other day. They were talking about uh.. hobbies of them? or what they like? I cant remember. But both of them tried o get the other person to start with their topic until they decided to postpone their conversation to a later date. It was kinda cute to listen to

The other matching type I have are Cookie and Bunnie but they havent had a conversation yet when i was there.

I caught this normal on normal action today.Nan and Marina were talking about what kind of present to get for Charlise.They don't usually hang out in the same part of town but I nudged them together to see if they'd start a conversation and it only took about half a minute for them to start talking.They gave me three gift options and I selected a picnic basket because my Charlise is an outdoors kind of bear.

Once I get Phoebe's amiibo card I plan on having her move next to Cherry, so I might see two uchi's talking in the future. I'm also planning on having Bob be one of my lazies alongside Lucky, so that'll be interesting to see.

I've had two Uchi's have a conversation before.. it was quite the experience, to say the least.
