Villagers will NOT move out?!

That sucks big time. I'm all out of (made up) ideas... I guess if no one moves in a couple more weeks (of TT time), then you'll probably have to reset everything. :S It would suck if you have a map you wanted!

Sadly, I did have a map I wanted But, on the bright side, I restarted and got one that was almost similar! And as of right now I got someone to ping which is further than where I got with the previous town lol

Interesting, I'm big on TTing and i've also noticed that villigers don't mvoe out as quickly as they used to since the update. Perhaps it's to prevent the loss of wanted characters from just vanishing?
