Villagers who seriously just won't move.

I have a cycle town I've wanted to restart for awhile and make it a second main town. I speed cycle with the method that gets a new villager in and a villager in boxes every couple minutes. I only stop to either sell a tier 1-2 or giveaway a lower tier or try to if I see someone has been trying to get them in the "Looking For Thread."

During the past few weeks I've went through TONS of villagers trying to find all the lurked for villagers homes before I restart but 1 villager is really bothering me. Freya. I've had her as a maybe dreamie for this town before I decided I wanted to go in a different direction and restart and she's been here before I started cycling while every other dreamie and countless others have moved on. She just won't leave.

I feel like I cannot restart this game until she wants to move and I find her a new home. I feel like I owe that to her for being with me so long then to just delete her into nothing. XD

So has anyone else been in a similar situation or had a villager they hated that just wouldn't move on? I feel like I'm going crazy here over it. =P

Curlos will not move, I've had him for OVER A YEAR and he's the only non-dreamie in my town. I seriously need him out.

Same, I have a villager I really dislike in my town. Vladimir just will not move. I've been ignoring him, but STILL no sign of him moving. Grrr I've been trying for like, 5 months!

I had the same experience with Robin. First, I tried ignoring her. A MONTH later, I tried talking to her. Finally after striking up a psuedo friendship, which took another MONTH, she pinged to move. I was overjoyed and was all like, 'See ya,'.... and she did that THING where they say, 'Oh, I get it, this is reverse psychology or whatever. I am NEVER leaving, hahahaha!' It was the one and only time I seriously considered destroying my town. Finally, she left! What a B word!!
