Villagers wearing dresses.

I know this is an over debated topic.

But I would like to hear from you.

The little fluff ball marshal has just ruined my day by wearing the ugly yellow vomit duck tee from the haunted "anytown" town that we all don't know where it is.

Marshal honestly looks ugly wearing it.

So Iam planing to fill my able sisters shop with dresses to prevent "any town"'s plague from spreading. but Iam not sure about it.

On gameFAQS I read that villagers can wear dresses by cutting off the bottom part and wearing the top as a tank.
Is that true? I hope not.

Please help me , thanks!

I've never had a villager wear a dress, personally. I have some dresses in my Able Sisters shop and no villager has ever worn them. They wear the shirts, though.

I don't think they wear dresses, I have never seen any villagers wear dresses as far as I'm concerned...

They can't wear dresses. I think what the FAQ meant was to change the pro design into a shirt design.

I feel your pain. I have umbrellas at the shop, but that shirt has somehow infected some of my villagers. Vic and Hazel are wearing it, right now, and I have no idea where they got the blasted thing! It's even worse than Beardo wearing the lightening bolt top, and I wasn't sure anything could look worse than that.

I'm pretty sure they can only wear outfits that fit their body types, unfortunately. But you could design shirts that kinda look like dresses and make it look like they are just wearing extremely small dresses.

They can't wear dresses or the umbrella design. But for some weird reason, Pecan from my other town before I restarted it changed her shirt to an unbrella design..




I also hate those default designs with passion.
