Villagers That Should've Gotten a Personality/Gender Change

In my opinion, Mott should've been smug, Robin should've been a guy, and Beardo should've been a crankblanket.

What villagers d'you think don't fit their gender or personality?

EDIT: Okay, now that I think about it, Robin kinda does look alright as female. But hey, I used to think she was a boy at first. :/ I also used to think that Tangy was a boy too. XD Man, I have strange visual perceptions...

Robin has always and always will be a female. I much prefer her as a female, anyway. I remember her off of Wild World. I can't see how any one can mistake her for a male.
I think Dora should be peppy. I'm not completely sure why, I just feel as though she has more pep in her step.

I just think that Gracie should have stayed a man, just like Saharah in the western versions, the original version has them in men.
