i got the angry pig trio in my town right by each other, rasher, boris, and ganon. it's beautiful.

never seen Kevin or Vic called ugly but also never seen anyone say they like them. I love Vic and Kevin looks cute tbh

I dunno if anyone mentioned Violet, but I love her. I've never had her in my towns, and not for the reason others have. I'm just not a huge fan of apes or monkeys because they're too human for me. If I want a town full of villagers, I want them to resemble humans as little as possible. Which is a little hard to get with human-like anthro animals. But I really love violet's appearance. She is very cute, I love purple, and she's very nice considering she's a gorilla.

Biskit's eyes are ugly. Biskit is ugly and boring.
Benjamin's eyes are red and ugly and his eyebrows don't match his colours and they ae too big.
Broccolo's face is cute but he has hair which is ugly and his colour scheme is bad.

This thread is about stating what villagers that you like that people call ugly. Not about ripping my favorite villagers just because that makes you feel good.

Marcel's face kinda reminds of the noh masks featured in japanese theatre which are ironically feminine.
He favors asian theme which contradict the fact he is considered french.

By the way, I heard people complaining about Caroline's colors, eyes and expression.

She looks unhappy for most of time, but she looks very excited while talking with the player and display a nice smile.

Besides her fiery colors must be due the fact she technically represents a hawaiian native.
Another fact is that squirrels does have big eyes.

I don't particularly find any villagers ugly. Maybe off-putting, but they are all kind of cute in their own ways.
Don't be upset about people calling your favourites ugly, they are just trying to get a reaction out of you.

I don't ever noticed people calling my favourite villagers ugly, but I'm sure they did, at some point. Maybe Deirdre?

I don't really find anybody really ugly I don't think. I have seen people saying Annalise (horse) is ugly before now, I find her so pretty. I don't understand how she isn't more popular.
And I know a lot of people are saying Rilla is ugly. I actually really like her and I don't normally take to the gorrilas. I just find her pretty

I like many unpopular villagers but I'm not sure which ones are considered ugly. Jambette, Katt and Diva for one seem to get hate for their looks.

I find that a lot 'ugly' villagers turn out great once you get to know them better. Maybe not every design will grow on you but many will if you give them a chance.
