Villagers that are moving out & PWP suggestions

Can a villager that told you (s)he's moving out a few days later still ping you with PWP requests?
I was wondering because Avery's moving out, but I still need a PWP from a cranky villager (and he's my only one)... If not, I'll just have to wait lol

Yes they can still suggest pwps right up until they're in boxes just keep at it until he leave
