I was wondering if anyone wanted to share funny (or tragically infuriating) stories of how your villagers have rearranged their homes.

For almost a year, Monty's home stayed near-perfect, anything else he added fit the theme and it was very simplistic, and then out of nowhere he just... added a bowling ball return to his campsite-themed home. And now it's just sort of spiraled into chaos.

When I used to have Francine in my town, I have given her a mixer for her home. At first, I thought it would be a good idea because it fits her house, until I realised that the mixer made a really loud "whirrrrrrr" sound. What's worse is that no matter how much I try, I couldn't ever turn it off since it was facing in a way where I can't turn it off. I've tried desperately to get rid of it by giving Francine different items, but that didn't worked either.

Cookie has this random red chair in the corner of her house on the left side, and it's like an eye sore. It totally does not fit at all.

Oh my gosh, O'Hare is the worst when it comes to bad decorating XD Last August, I was dumb enough to sell him an arowana without thinking, and he didn't get rid of it till April XD

When I enter Kabuki's house, I can't even see him beyond the shark tank that's right in the middle of the room. My bad. I do remember how thrilled he was to receive it, though.

I think the worst thing is when they display a part of a fossil. It's so annoying that the smallest skull takes up so much space! And in addition to that, the skull itself is barely visible! Then again, usually I don't really care enough...if they want to display a skull, let them display a skull. Some villagers however, e.g. Pietro or Diva, have furniture that *really* fits their personality. With those two I've tried my best to keep their stuff unchanged...

not the worst thing, but Julian has a kiddie wardrobe being an eyesore in his lovely house. ughrr!! can't get rid of it either

I gave Julian a bathtub and now when I visit him he says I could use it if I want. lol I have also made Sly's house look like a mess because I was trying to buy his furniture.

I found it funny and terrible at the same time when Flurry changed one of her furniture from the regal set... To put a garbage can instead.

Ankha has kept her house original up until she replaced her throne with a school chair!

Portia's house used to be full of classy, regal furniture.

Now, it's filled with fossils, balloon furniture, and rusty instruments.

I wish Chief's house was a little better. He has terrible wallpaper and flooring. I had him and tried to give him furniture but it doesn't work. I really dislike it.

Almost all of my villagers are terrible at decorating, sadly and like to put their clothes in the middle of the room (Mitzi), REALLY out of place items in weird spots in their house (Francine), and some even play the worst music (Jeremiah). That's why I try and find something cool when my villagers ask me to find them furniture.
