Villagers Moving Without Warning?

Have you checked all the displays in the museum? Usually if a villager can't be found at home or wandering around town or in any of the shops, they're at the museum.

Yes! I checked every single store, cafe, and Puddles is nowhere to be found!

I do TT only a few days to get people to move. I have only personally experienced other villagers saying "so and so is thinking about moving" so I go in front of that villager and they "ping", other times they ping to me themselves about it. I have never had anyone just pop up and want to move...thankfully
