Villagers Moving Out?

I just got 10 villagers by getting Kyle from another town. Right now, I'm waiting for someone to move out. But no one has even pinged me about it and I made sure that I was on speaking terms with all of my villagers. Kyle has been in town for about 4 days! Why isn't anyone moving out? I thought a villager HAD to move out when you reached 10, but now i'm not sure?

I totally feel for you. That is a little strange... Whenever I reach 10 villagers usually ping right away.

Just keep trying day by day?
Another tip - have a second character walk around right around the time all the villagers are awake. That's how I found out about one of my movers.

I've never heard of reaching 10 villagers then having one immediately want to leave. That didn't happen to me. But as said above, just keep trying day by day and it should happen eventually. I feel a part of it is luck, too.

update: i tried a trick i used to use which is TT 2 days forward, and then 2 days back and deirdre pinged me! she also is going to a good home !
