villagers moving in/out detail?

just something im not sure about:
if you pick up a villager, and have one move out on the same date, is it like this?

day 1: villager A is in boxes in your town, pick up villager B in another
day 2: villager A moves out
day 3: villager B moves in

i mistook it one time and messed up the plotting so i wanna confirm this time!
(or else ill just create loads of temporary characters. but knowing it would be cooler lol)

uh you shouldn't pick up someone when someone is in boxes. TT to the next day instead it's safer

I think it should be safer to TT a villager permanently out of your town (house is gone and everything) before picking a new villager up through wi-fi. That's what I do, at least.

I don't think a new villager will plot down their new home in just one day, but in very rare circumstances, a voided villager will (not guaranteeing that will happen, though).

alright! ill go the safe road then and just create a new character on day 2 when there's no house.
