villagers keep moving my flowers!

It is so annoying they move them to random places! :/ Does this happen
to anyone else? Or is it me with a village full of thirds

I don't think my villagers move my flowers but they do happen to place them down quite often.

You get 3 random flowers put down every day and villagers will plant flowers. But they don't move them.

This happens to everyone. It is really annoying. My town quickly becomes overrun with flowers whenever I TT partly because of it.
