Very nice list. I think you missed highlighting some villagers? aren't bluebear, cookie, tia, zell, octavian, lobo somewhat sought after?

I remember when I came across merengue and I stood on that island who knows how long thinking should I take her and then sell her off? I had her in my main town in new leaf for a very long time but she just wasn't really meant for me. In the end I didn't take her. I left not looking back before I might end up regretting it. I did felt lucky coming across lopez and lobo. did some searching and apparently fell under tier 2 so I decided to take them in since they did look very appealing and I did wanted to try having new villagers.
