Villagers from older games you're still attached to?

In Wild World, Bones was one of my original villagers, my best friend and closest neighbour. I never let him leave. The other memorable villagers were Ruby and Aurora. I was ecstatic when Bones moved in from the campsite in New Leaf. He's the one villager I absolutely "needed" to have in my town. Now I have him living on the right side of my Town Tree and Ruby living on the left side, acting like guardians.
Caroline. She moved into my WW town just before starting when the game was released, and I still keep her there (despite now I don't play in WW). And 10 months after starting New Leaf, I finally get her, before searching a lot.
I also remember Anchovy and Twiggy as two of my starters in WW (i was devastated when Twiggy moved out), Jay, Lily, Rocco, Elvis, Whitney (I have her in my NL town too), Goose... But none of them were so important to me like my little and adorable Caroline.

I hope they bring him back in the next game, along with the blue-mane Lion, Aziz!
There were an awful lot of villagers I really liked, but I think my top 3 would be: Bob, Lobo and Hopper!
Bob was just super cute, the blossom shirt looked so funny to me and I loved his catchphrase. Lobo was my "grumpy grandpa" and Hopper... I mean, look at him. I'll also never forget about him because whenever I asked my boyfriend to tell me "the penguin's name" he would start stuttering (because it was on the tip of his tongue): "Ha... Ba... Popper! Ahhh, Hopper!" Teehee. That never gets old.

Octavian! Love me some cranky octopi <3 He's been one of my all time favourites after a friend gave him to me in WW years ago. He was the only villager I knew I definitely wanted in my town before I started NL last June.

My BFFs on GC were Ed and Daisy, I was torn between choosing her or Celia as a normal villager in my town at first 
I turned on Wild World a month or two ago - not sure how, because my DS lite hasn't been charged in years - and I almost was brought to tears. My wonderful Rodeo was still there, wondering where his "E-cat" hat been. He looks mean, but I love that bull still.

Elvis! I remember talking to him everyday until he yelled at me to go away. I also remember that I used to TT a lot and he was the only villager that never moved. <3. Whenever there was a fishing tourney I would always try my hardest to let Elvis win, and at one point he had like 7 Gold trophies in his house. He used to always call me dude and I thought that was so cool! Sadly, he's not in my town and we haven't been reunited in years. Man I love that Lion. <3

In Wild World, my first AC game, after playing for a while I got Anchovy in my town. I don't remember why I did, but he quickly became my favorite villager and I loved him so much.. I even got him to stop moving one time.. But then he moved away and my town was never the same without him ;-;
But I got him in New Leaf (with the help of some great people on this forum), and he is so adorable.. Not to mention he has an epic arcade as a house.

I remember some of my Gamecube villagers...I had Tangy, Bob, Huck (the frog), Paolo (the elephant), and Cheri at the least and I know I had a town before this with Iggy (the goat), Kiki, and Hornsby (the rhino) until I lost that memory card.
Huck was my BFF...I haven't opened that game in a long time, since probably middle school. I'm a senior in college now. ;A;

When I used to play the Gamecube version, Maple was my all time favorite and I enjoyed playing with her but she unexpectedly moved out when I visited another town and I was really, really upset when she did.
I'm still trying to look for her in acnl until now.

Dotty!!! <3 When I started playing ACCF, one of the houses I could choose from was right next to hers. As I talked to all the villagers, she was clearly the friendliest and nicest and I just fell for her immediately, and when she said we were gonna be BFFs I was so happy and flattered and liked her so much that I chose the house next to hers. She was my BFF for as long as I played that game. After a couple of months I stopped playing for a few weeks, and she moved away... And that's when I stopped playing completely. I was completely heart-broken.
In ACNL, I fell in love with Gabi when she was in my campsite, and invited her to live in my town. And this sunday, Dotty was in my campsite... Not only do I have 10 villagers, I also have a peppy bunny that I really love. I don't want two of them, but I love both of them so much I can't choose one over the other ;___;
EDIT: Though nobody can compare to Dotty, I'm also really attached to Hopper and Bree from my ACCF town.

I know that feel. He was one of my starters in Wild World, and I loved him, but he also moved out of my town one day, without saying nothing. I felt so sad.
If I was not planning on taking Jay (another villager of mine in WW that moved in at the beginning), I'll try to get him as my lazy villager, but I know that if I take him and Jay, I'll let him go sooner or later because I know that I won't be able to hold on two birds at the same time, despite I had 3 in WW (Jay, Twiggy and Anchovy).
I was very lucky, I had her as a starter in NL, and she's with me now, 10 months later since I started. She's absolutely one of my favourite villagers of all (and I'll never allow her to move out <3).
