Villagers for my town?

I don't know what other villagers I want in my town of Spookiness. I'm already on the prowl for Lucky and I'm getting Coco. (Stitches is just because omg cx) Who else could qualify for Spooky?

Many people consider Pietro as scary because of the interior of his house and... well, because he's a clown.

But hands down, to me one of the creepiest animals here is GRETA.
Her eyes turn into a satanic red once she is angry. Spooooky.

Greta is kinda spooky.
To me it looks like she jumped out of a Japanese horror folktale because of how her eyes turn red.

While I'm at it. Anybody know any good public works projects for this theme. I'd like to get them before filling with all these villagers in case they aren't one of the personalities that suggest them.

Tiki torches, some of the traffic signs, fire pit, scarecrow, and maybe like zen themed town hall/train station and the classic police station? Just my suggestions.

Wahh Cobb was in a horror town I visited and he was so creepy ;o; So yeh I'd say get Cobb haha.
