I like the list, but instead of Lionel, I'm going to have Marshal as the monster.

I mostly agree with Ami, but I'd personally replace Rolf with Marshal, he seems to fit Olaf better IMO, and a cranky wolf would probably fit better than Skye, because the wolves weren't exactly kind in the movie. Fang could work well, his gray color scheme would fit into a winter town well enough.
