I'm thinking of obvious names like: Galaxite, Galaxy, Galaxie, basically anything that starts with Galax.

anyways, as for names, I like PaperCat's suggestion of Galaxias. Galaxite sounds neat too!

you could base the name off of a real galaxy, but I guess it depends on how long of a name you can have. unfortunately I'm not sure off-hand ><

I think it is 8 characters, which means Andromeda wouldn't fit (tho its a good name).

MilkyWay usually reminds me of the chocolate bar first. XD Galaxia, Nebula, StarDust, Cosmos, Astral, Stellar.
Heh heh, I've been thinking about this a lot too, as I'm going to do a Dr. Who themed town when I'm done with my other one. ^^
