Villagers always moving in from my friend's Time Traveling town?

I have a friend who TTs every day but also visits me every now and then. But because she TTs so much, her villagers are constantly moving...and they end up in my town.

These are the villagers she doesn't want, and I definitely don't want them either. But every time a villager moves out, and I want to try the "controlling" trick, an awful villager will come through her town and land on really bad spot on my map. I unwillingly just got a 10th villager from her town, but I finally have my 9th villager moving out. But I'm concerned the second my 9th villager moves, I'll get another hated villager from her town.

I won't stop playing with her, she's awesome. But I seriously want to try the "controlling" trick because I literally have 4 horses (and I loathe horses) in my town. I don't TT, so I can't make villagers move away as quickly.

The same thing happens to me when, everytime someone moves out someone from my cousins town moves in cause we play together everyday. There isnt much you can do about it besides not play together when you have a villager leaving(even then, idk how long the game will save a villager in your 'queue').
Since you dont TT, you just have to deal with it until they all wanna naturally move on their own(which is gonna take awhile).

Is there no chance that I'll get a random villager and not one from my friend's moved out "queue"? Sigh definitely going to take a while but there's not much I can do about it.
