Fauna is a villager who have the best decoration of my town of Acme, despite the fact she might screw up sometimes.

And normally while talking with a snooty villager like Gween or Amelia, they give praise to her home and decoration.

Both Amelia and Gwen might talk about Tex's home a lot as well.

Yeah I've also had the opposite though, remember Diana saying something none too kind about Genjis house before now. But those two are always arguing in my town it's kind of cute.
Stitches is always talking about how he likes the landscaping around Beaus house, so now I'm trying to grow bushes outside his house so he won't feel left out
