villager wont ping to move no matter what!

GOD! been trying for like 4hrs now with TT and deidre just wont ping to move no matter what. even tabby whom i have low friendship with pinged me about 3 times. Deirdre pinged me about a windmill pwp when i was in the midst of trying to boot her though. do i need to build the windmill to make her happy so she would move?

No, you do not need to build the windmill. Im pretty sure, even if you built it, it wouldn't make her particularly happy.
Sometimes, it really just takes a while =/ I have a villager that has never pinged me to move even though I stalk him and try to be his best friend.

sometimes it takes a really long time. even in my cycling town, I was trying to get a villager out for someone fast & I had to cycle through about 20 villagers before the one I wanted would move. so I can imagine that it could even be harder with a normal villager. is she by any chance your 10th villager? it's very hard to get them to move

I have been trying to get Chrissy to move for over two weeks now. Nothing. I have established a strong friendship, she is not my tenth villager, blah, blah, blah. It is infuriating. Nothing I do works. It will just take patience and luck. Deirdre will ping eventually. But yes, it is very frustrating. Good luck, sweetie! Hang in there

I had the same problem with Gladys, although you may have already tried this I found I had more luck when I had a higher friendship level with her and talked to her more than usual rather than ignoring her. Prior to this, she hadn't asked to move at all. Good luck!

That's what I'm going through with Freya. It's been forever but she won't budge. I send her gifts, letters, give her everything she asks for... no dice. I'm about to set her house on fire.

Maybe it's just not her time yet. Give it some rest and maybe she'll ping when you least expect it, during normal gameplay for example. Nobody can really help you with it right now.

Lol sounds like you're having some trouble, usually I just wait it out and I wont TT and it helps me. Maybe you have/had a high friendship with her so it would take some time for that status to lower before she gets the hint that you don't want her sticking around haha.
