I recently had Flurry move out and got Goldie from a trade on nookazon, and everything was fine at first but she doesn’t get along with my other villagers and her house is also not helping the aesthetic of my island which is a more minor issue but the main issue is i want her out. I’ve been time traveling to get her to move, and after 2 straight days of doing this in every combination I can think of, she still won’t move out. Like I’m currently living in October or 2021 and she still has not asked to leave. Every other villager in my town has and I’ve asked them to stay but she won’t budge. I’ve tried hitting her with nets multiple times and then traveling, hitting her once and traveling, just talking and traveling, etc. I’ve tried jumping days, weeks and months and still nothing. Is she like cursed? What should I do? Is there anyway to fix this?

I believe that if she is your most recent villager she will not naturally ask to move out. However, I think you could maybe kick her out via the campsite method.

I really want either Marshal or Sherb to replace her but I don’t have their amiibo cards is there any other way I can kick her out with them? Like if I know someone who has them in their town in boxes, if I ask them to move in will can they kick her out?

you have to have an empty plot to invite a villager to move in, so no, this wouldn't work. :c

usually your most recent move-in is the hardest to get rid of - im not sure if it's 100% guaranteed that they can't move out, but i haven't seen it happen before. hitting with nets/ignoring doesn't make villagers more likely to move. you'll probably need to move someone else out first, and then you shouldn't have a problem getting goldie out.

Okay thank you so much I have a plan for what to do now I really appreciate your help!

The most recent villager cannot get the thought bubble until someone else moves in after them.

You can, however, use amiibos or the random campsite visitor (savescum until they choose the one you want out) to kick out the most recent move in.
