Villager won’t move into the correct spot

I’ve been plot resetting for a while now trying to get Julian to move into the right spot but he keeps staying in one single spot in front of my cafe. I’ve been plot resetting since yesterday so I rewinded time to help prevent the day from changing and I’m wondering if he’s stuck in this spot because of me changing the time. Also I made note to not make the time anywhere before 6 am.

Edit: I just learned what the problem is, I accidentally loaded my mayor when I wasn’t paying attention -_-‘
