Villager wont ask to move out?

I've been trying to get one of my villagers to move out and I've TT a lot and all other villagers have requested many times.

would the reason for her not asking to leave be because she's the most recently moved on villager? or have I just been unlucky?

And does anyone have any tips on how to get villagers to move quick aha?

I don't think the most recently moved-in villager can ask to move out. I've cycled out many villagers and they've never been the most recent.

Even though its old Im gonna ask, is it random? Did anyone ever confirm? Trying to get a villager out (my newest one) and ive been TTing allll day and cant get her out. Is it because shes new..?

It's random. I've had my latest villager ask to ping when I TTed them out and it took 3 hours. It took my sister 3 full days to TT their latest villager out, although in her case she needed to invite another villager in for them to leave I think.

Yup it's entirely random, sometimes it only takes the first few tries, other times it takes hours if not days if they're really stubborn. I find the most recent move in is hardest to move out, but that's only my experience.

im having the same problem with rocket. shes been in my town since day one and everything she wears is pink and her house is pink and everyday i complain about her and she just will...not...move LOL.
i feel your pain.
i did read that if you have 10 villagers and you get a camper, you can ask the camper to move in and the game will allow you to boot out one of your established villagers to make room. is that true anybody?
