Villager won’t ask to come live in island?

I have summoned nan via amiibo for three days. I have crafted her items, however, after I crafted the third item on the third day, she did not ask to move in like she does all the other days.

I have 10 villagers....however ive asked campers before with 10 villagers and there’s the option to kickout. What am I doing wrong with the amiibo move in?

I had to make a villager move before getting another bc the same thing happened to me. Which ever villager u choose to kick out, u got to ignore and hit w a tool for a couple of days xD sounds cruel but that's how it works

None of that actually does anything. The villager that leaves is random.

The fastest way to remove someone is time travel 15 days forward. If the villager that wants to leave isn't the right one, close the game without saving and move forward a day. Repeat until the correct one want to move out.
