Villager wants to leave while I have a camper

Maple is asking to move out on the same day a camper wants to move in. I want her to leave, but I also want the camper. Do I need to worry about this or can I do both?

well if you have a camper they will ask to replace on of your villagers! if you dont like,who they pick, soft reset, until it someone you want to leave is chosen!

The problem is that I want Maple to leave, and I want the camper to kick someone else out. I’m not sure if this will glitch my game out or if one of them will decline.

i think decline maple and soft reset with the campsite, visitor, kick out maple

If she is not in boxes then there is no problem, if you do the reset trick for the camper, the villager he chooses to kick out will be in boxes today, and maple will be in boxes tomorrow, so it's safe. There can be problems when you invite a campsite visitor the same day you have someone else in boxes. But that is not the case this time, good luck!

Like they said if she's just asking it won't be a problem BUT I had this same situation, with Zucker wanting to move while I invited Wendy for Opal, and Zucker ''forgot'' he had to move away for some reason. No, I didn't click on the stay option, as I wanted to gift him to a friend anyways, and I made sure to choose right. Zucker eventually asked again to move out, and he wasn't glitchy or anything like that.

I don't know if this was patched though, as this happened before the spring update.

But at the end of the day there aren't glitches

remember don't let the game auto save when your camper is randomly choosing any of your villagers that you want to keep.
