Villager Tier List?

Hello everyone! I'm hoping all of you are staying safe and enjoying life!

I was just curious if anybody knows if there is a current tier list for the villagers? I recall one a while back but I'm not sure if there is one currently? If there is, would someone kindly link me the list? It would be very much appreciated! Thank you ❤

Soooo I love Bill but when did the Bill popularity happen?

Edit: I read on and saw that there was a campaign because Nintendo Guru passed away and Bill was their favorite.
