Villager sayings/nicknames?

I have Astrid the kangaroo and had no idea what to make her say because I'm not too sure what noise kangaroos make. I chose hoppitty because y'know that obviously is a perfect description of the noise a kangaroos make. Anyways, Chops the pig started to say it and it's pretty irritating.

I was in a rush one night and wasn't really reading and just kept tapping A and Pango decided to call me Pop Star and now my villagers call me that.
 
Omg the "daddy" nickname xD Lately everyone has been calling me "mon amie", but if someone gives me a nickname I don't like and I have the option to change it, I make them call me "princess".

Some of my villagers have the catchphrase, 'oppa' and 'hyung' ^^
 
Most of mine call me "lamb" or "cupcake". Stitches is still hanging on to "E-honey", which I could do without, but let him keep because it ties into his catchphrase ("honey bear").

Rizzo wanted to call me "bucko" last night, but I vetoed it. Stay with the baked goods, Rizzo.


kawaii_princess - Beardo calls me "mon amie", but he's the only one allowed to do so. I like having a unique nickname from some of my villagers.

Hmm. It's been a few days since I last played but I believe some villagers call me B-Chan (or maybe that was just fauna.) and then others were calling me cupcake I think.

In my second town Freya and a few others call me Popstar, and it's adorable <3
 
I'm Muffin to a few and recently been called Cupcake by Zucker!

honestly, it depends on the villager. in previous towns, they would call me like, ms. lynn. but thats literally all i remember lmao- can't wait to hear my new nicknames in my new town!
 
Currently my villagers are calling me Angel and Honeybun. ;w; So cute!
 
I remember in my first town, Gladys called me shmoopy and it caught on.
In my current town, everyone keeps calling me hun after Olivia started to use it.
As for catchphrases, I always give "beefcake" to my jock(s), because it amuses me. And it is spreading.
 
My villagers are calling me an assortment of things right now because I always just agree to whatever they suggest, regardless of whether I like it or not.

Off the top of my head, in Sakura they are calling my mayor "chica" and "amiga". I actually don't mind those. In Nocturne, they have started calling my mayor "beefcake". Not my favorite, but I'm sure it will pass.
 
All of my villagers call me beefcake. Boone started it, and it spread fast.

Whenever they ask me for catchphrases, I usually put whatever comes to mind first. Tangy is saying "tango" right now.
 
When I played New Leaf the most back in 2014-2015, I always gave my villagers weird catchphrases like "my loofa," "jambalaya," "my homie," and "jackwagon."

As for nicknames, on New Leaf my player's name is Daniel so I just have everyone call him Danny. I don't like the other weird nicknames that villagers come up with lol
 
If I make them myself, I usually include little sparkles at the end to make them cute, but today Chelsea asked to call me A-Honey and I just thought it was SO CUTE
