Could you please tell me if I have some decent villagers in my town?

Wolfgang = love! only wolf bro I still need
Bruce=is he the deer? He looks pretty cool, bound to be popular
Katt=had her, she's pretty okay
Lyman=lemon koala... Sounds cool to me!
Octavian and Marina=octopus duo that is really lucky, they're coveted!
Rosie=popular kitty because of the movie and she is cute c;
Biskit-so underrated but loveable
Marshal is just... There's a million fangirls for that squirrel

Everyone's version of "decent" is different. All that matters is if you like them.

Katt: Not someone I really like. Seems very creepy to me, wouldn't want her in my town. Others think she's cool but I've failed to see why.
Bruce: He's not that bad, he's just okay. Nothing too special, if you ask me.
Lyman: Inferior to Eugene, but he's still a pretty good nonetheless. I'd keep him around.
Wolfgang: I have this guy in my town, and he is an absolute boss. His house is right in front of mine, so I see him every time I start up my game. Great villager.
Octavian: Personal favorite of mine out of the octopi, really one of the better villagers out there. Beats Zucker by far.
Marina: Not quite as good as Octavian, but she's still pretty good.
Rosie: Way too overrated, but she's not terrible. If you're making a town based on the AC movie then it's a great idea, otherwise she's just average to me.
Biskit: He's not all that good. Bones is a much better villager that is a dog and has the lazy personality.
Marshal: Extremely overrated. If you're in need of bells, let him go and you can likely get 20m for him at the least. I personally think he's bad.

Some of this is just based on my own opinion, and not tiering.

Why do you care about what other people think of villagers in YOUR town?
It's all a matter of personal opinion

Like said, all that actually matters is what you think of them, but I'm still giving to own opinions for fun
Katt -Her eyes are kinda scary, but she's uchi and I love uchis
Bruce - I had him in my town and he's actually kinda cute.
Lyman - He's koala and they're adorable.
Wolfgang - He seems really cool even he's cranky.
Octavian - Seems really cool as well..
Marina - I had her in my town and she was very cute c:
Rosie - I have her in my town atm and I really love her. She's totally sweet lil cat.
Biskit - Cute doggy, he was the first camper I ever had in my town and I invited him to move in for fun.
Marshal - I loove Marshal, he's adorable male squirrel. I'm a lil bit biased, but anyway he's the cutest.

Katt - totally creepy. I don't know why people like her. She gets almost as many nopes as Chow from me.
Bruce- I've had him before he's one of the only crankies that I like
Lyman- Not too familiar with him, so he's kinda meh for me
Wolfgang- A lot of people like the wolves, but I have two on my cycling and I have to say I prefer other villagers with their personalities more...
Octavian- He's one of the only octopus villagers. I'd prefer Zucker but Octavian is pretty popular as well
Marina- I wanted her originally and she's been in my campsite a couple of times, but my sister got her in her town and I didn't want to repeat villagers. I didn't get Static for the same reason
Rosie- I have her in my town and she's adorable. A lot of people don't like peppy villagers, but I do. I have 3
Biskit- My sister has Biskit and he's adorable. I love the lazy villagers.
Marshal- I want Marshal. He's in my brother-in-laws town (or my sister's second town XD) waiting for me. He gets a lot of hate from people who think he's "over-rated" or what have you, but I don't want him because he's popular. I want him because I like smug villagers and I think he's adorable. If that makes me a bad person then whatever. I will happily enjoy him while everyone else revels in their bitterness. But if you don't like him you can sell him pretty easily. Same with a lot of your villagers

Overall you've got quite a few that are popular and could sell easily if you don't want them. You've got a good set.

Agreed that what you think is the most important. You won't know how "decent" they are until you spend time with them. A bunch of my dreamies in my town I would have never picked, but since they showed up and I spent time with them, I started to love them. Other villagers, I didn't bond with even though they were popular, I let them go.

If you're asking about who is popular so you could trade them off, check out the Villager Trading Plaza to see who people are trading. Also there's a list of how the villagers are categorized by popularity IN GENERAL, so not accounting for individual's tastes, and you can find that here.

I've had and loved Bruce personally, but he's not very popular.
Marshal is the most popular as others have stated. I love him, he was a dreamie, and I find him ADORABLE. But if you don't, you can make tons of bells or trade him for ANYONE you want practically.
The octupuses are popular too.
Rosie is super cute, pretty popular, and again, I think lots of people want her.

I really suggest that you spend a little time with each of them first. You might end up loving them for different reasons other than if they are popular or not.
