This list is due for an update but the VTP has been slow
Depends on the time of day haha. There's been quite a few new cycling threads, and old cyclers returning (I'm assuming it's because summer - everyone has more free time) so it's definitely been active....

Coco is amazing, possibly my favorite bunny, I love her, and she's in tier 1 because she's very popular, although I think she needs a bit of a decrease
