If people start looking for her, yes :/ trust, it's hard for me to put so many villagers in tier 5 (Nana, being one example) but it's nothing I control

I'd love Pashmina to be in at least tier 4 one day, even though it's probably unlikely.
I still have hope for the little goat, though ; v ;

And with Savannah, she actually surprises me that she's not in a higher tier.
Julian gets a lot of praise for being a different sort of horse, but not her :c
Even Papi's more popular than her and he's a different variant of a horse. (Or rather an okapi, but still has the horse design)

Yeah you're right, they have been in tier 3 forever (same with Kid Cat) lol. Papi shot up from tier 5 to tier 2 in two updates.. Was very surprised at the sudden increase.

Bruce was actually in Tier 1 at one point a couple of years ago, maybe late 2013/early 2014.
