Villager plot not showing up no matter how much I TT!!!

Ok so I had 9 villagers and went to another town and got a tenth one, I talked to the animal and she agreed to move in, I gave bells and some items and then someone got in so the game saved but disconected shortly after. I didnt had my bells and the other person had received the items and all but... this villager is not showing up, Im begining to freak out, I did TT back to my current date -a few months back- so now Im slowly TT to the date when I asked for the villager to move in... but what happened ;A; was it because it disconected? why did it save the items and everything else but not the villager moving into my town? has this happened to anyone?

Hm, was this person's town Oreo and their character Nessie or something like that?

Oh okay xD Because it was a coincidence I got Tia today from someone (but I didn't like convince her to move here)
So I thought she somehow stumbled into my town -_- Moving into the exact same spot Pietro was once in, in front of my house.

It really depends D: I'm quite fond of her since she's really cute.
I'm going to save her for a friend that's been desperately looking for her. She has Marshal and well...Marshal is my life villager :x

I know the problem, it happened to me. You disconnected which meant the villager was never planning to come to your town afterwards. You might have saved but if you DC afterwards, it's like the villager forgot to come to your town. After you persuade the villager you must either end the wifi session or go home on the train. You can tell if it worked if the person went up to the villagers house and it said "Moved out." Then the next day the plot would appear. Sorry this happened to you. :(

:C yeah its probably what happened, I sent the original owner like a billion PM to see if the villager is still there or something

If a day has passed since, then probably not, it will have gone into the void. :(
