I am redesigning my main town, Mystic. I do not want to restart the town, so this is the best way to get villagers plotted where I want them and have a fresh look in Mystic.

Villager ping trick to use on towns with villagers you have a relationship with. Will not work on cycle towns if you have not interacted with all the villagers:
If she's not your last move in you can try what I do in my cycle to target a certain villager.
Make sure beautiful town is in effect and if there is any uchi villager don't try this till after 11am as they sleep late.
Step 1-Play till you get a moving ping not the right one tell them no then save and quit.
Step 2-Start your game up and change the time with Isabelle one month ahead then load your town and immediately save and quit.
Step 3-Start your game up and change the time with Isabelle back one month then load your town and start looking for your next mover you will have one. If its not the villager you want repeat from steps 2 and 3 until you get the villager you want.
Side effects will be messy hair, a few weeds and extra flowers and you grass will re-spawn.

Chadder, Flurry, Hamphrey, Henry, Anchovy, Mallary, O'Hare, Cheri, and Kodi
