Villager Moving/Picture Question

i had a villager ping me and say she's thinking of moving out, if i say yes will she give me her picture before she leaves? because if thats the case i would rather keep her.

If you were extremely friendly with her, there's a high chance she will give you her picture. She'll give it to you the day after she has moved out via mail.

i have been doing errands and sending her stuff but i dont wanna risk it, i just wanted to know if it was a sure thing or not, thanks for the info.

You're welcome. Sorry it's not a sure thing though. The only actual sure way is the April Fool's Day Event, when you can get not only her picture, but everyone in your town (as long as you do good on the quizzes that is). Good luck!

I believe if the villager counts you as a best friend that you always get their picture. ~ there's usually a special little dialog they say to you to mark that occasion. The four villagers I've let move after they've mentioned them feeling I'm their best friend have then given me their picture when they left.

Wow, do you remember this dialog(ue)? I would love to use it to my advantageliking! It seems very useful.

Well I know I got pics of Zells and Dianas somewhere in the bowls of my 8k pics. Zell specifically said something about considering me his best friend, Diana I think was more along the lines of counting me among her closest or something. ~ I just know I've had convos with both of them that they hadn't said before along those lines and haven't said since. - and I've absorbed every Smug and Snooty conversation into my memory I think now.
And Bruce seems to say me and him are Best friends every other day ever since Xmas, and wrote he thinks of me as a close pal in a letter recently. (he must of really liked that pear from Santa?) So I've done something right there.

The 3 of them and Erik (who hosted my birthday, but I don't remember anything like this specifically) are the only 4 I've had burst into my house randomly while I am decorating too.
