If a Villager ask today to move out when can i ask a Villager to move in without some random villager taken her spot?

Day 1 - villager wants to move
Day 2 - villager in boxes
Day 3 - empty plot to fill
Day 4 - plot filled
Day 1 - villager wants to move
Day 2 - villager in boxes
Day 3 - empty plot to fill

So day 2 to post on this form at i am looking for her and day 3 to hunt for her.

So long as they're willing to wait for you on Day 2 to have the empty plot then yes. Otherwise everything needs to be done on Day 3. You can't ask a villager to move in until the plot is free. Unfortunately Nintendo gave a small window for people who aren't will to TT to keep on that day.

Then that shouldn't be any issue. Some folks are against TT at all. You can also TT to force the plot to stay open as it won't fill until it rolls to Day 4 so you can keep setting your clock back on Day 3 to keep it from turning.

Now i am waiting for one of my Villager to ask to move out and hope someone at got her can hold her for me till i am ready

Ya after i am done on day 3 and save it and mark the time i was last on and when she dose come on reset my clock to at time and get her. i have a idea how to make it work
