Villager move ins during events

So I just invited Fauna to move in from another town (yay!)

Since it's the 23rd today for me, her plot should be there tomorrow (the 24th) and she should be in but still boxed on Christmas/Toy Day

Does anyone know whether this will affect Toy Day for me? Or will it delay her moving in?

EDIT: Whoops, didn't realise that Toy Day was on the 24th xD

Once the plot is there I don't think it will delay it. I may be wrong though but from what I've seen during time traveling nothing like that has happened.
