Villager move in and out

Alright, I am actually down to 9th villager and one in boxes so I actually have one empty slot to pick up a villager. So I went to my friend's town and pick up Bruce, while I have Rizzo in boxes and will be void tomorrow. I successfully adopted Bruce and assuming he will move in tomorrow like usual. And again, I have another villager to pick up but I don't want to do it before Bruce move in or he will be erase.

I then TT using 3ds clock so I can go to next day and start plot resetting to hope I can also pick another villager after Bruce's plot settle. But oddly, Rizzo plot is gone and Bruce did not move in, I am down to 8th villager then I TT 2 weeks later and there NO PLOT at all. Will Rizzo move out affect Bruce move in? I have 8th actually when Bruce suppose to move in so I thought it wouldn't have any problem. Now I already TT back to today's date and I saw Rizzo house is back, in boxes lol. I really don't know if TT-ing with 3ds clock will not make the villager move in next day? I currently back to normal where Rizzo house still around and hopefully Bruce plot will be back tomorrow in the normal way ><

Keep checking each day with a New Character and you'll eventually find him.

I want to add that the villager in question definitely moved. His door said he had moved...Good luck!

I TT-ed 15 days!! Which is really odd! I now then TT back and everything back to normal so I hope he move in normally too tomorrow >< or I hope I can adopt him again without going through 16 cycle, because he hasn't officially move in.

if you mean you had 9 villagers + one in boxes, I think the mistake was not having them actually move out before you invited the other? If not, sorry…! good luck!

Having a villager in boxes shouldn't affect it at all.. If you were at 9 villagers, you had space to adopt Bruce so everything should work..

Villagers can have delayed times coming in.. I've always had them plot the next day except for Celia, who randomly took 6 days.. No clue why, but yeah

When you TTed 15 days, was it all at once? If you felt comfortable to, I'd say go day by day.

Go back to the day that Rizzos house was gone, look for Bruce's plot, if it's not there, place a house and save and quit. TT a day ahead with the 3DS clock and his house should be there c: Same thing happened to me with Beau, don't freak out!
