Villager Lineup? Help with Choices?

They say two heads are better than one. Well, the more the merrier then, right?

I would like to add Norma, Maddie & Louie (From my GC town), Lily and Blanche to my village. I need a switch up.
Poncho would have to be in town with Louie, as that's how 'ladybro' here rolled back in 2001.

But the thing is...

I already have:
Kyle (Bad spot, good friends, Japanese catchphrase.)
Whitney (New, not as attached as I thought...)
Stella (Warming up to her presence in my town.)
Goldi (Another GC villager, but ready to let go.)
Poncho (My daily laugh, he's so witty and full of life.)
Wolfgang (I love him bc his colors are so gorg and I love crankies to death but it'd be murder getting him back. One of those $40 amiibo cards.) I just checked and he's down to $10. Wat.
Chief (I like him, but I have his card if push comes to shove.)
Shari (Sooo adorable and the only Uchi I can tolerate. I need her around not only for PWPs, but adorbs.)
Marshal (Moved right next to my mayor's home in this cute little niche, calls me lamb. <3 I'm teetering.)
Vivian (Shhhhu she is staying. <33 First and only villager I bought the card to get back.)

I definitely want Lily, and Maddie. But who would you replace, and why?

I would replace Kyle, as the one thing I hate most in ac is bad house placement. But obviously it's up to you if you feel attached!
I guess I would also go with Whitney as you don't seem to sure about her? Idk, hope this helps c:

Thanks for the opinion. His house is smack dab right infront of Retail, back before the update when they planted on paths. >n< I'm definitely going to take your word into consideration!
