When you cycle villagers, does it just have to be 16 move out/move ins in total after the villager moved out, or does it have to be 16 villagers move in, and the same 16 villagers have to move out? Someone answer please ^w^ I need help.

Well, after my 3rd PM asking for at least an update before I reported them, they finally said they'd have him ready soon, but whether that'll really happen is yet to be seen.. Fingers crossed I suppose! I try to be pretty trusting of people, but I also get pretty suspicious when I see people posting in threads all day and ignoring my messages.. x0x;; This happened over on ACC by the way; I doubt anyone on TBT would've kept me in the dark like this. uwu; At any rate, I'm not gonna get too bummed about it if it doesn't pan out! Live and learn, right?
