I did that and it generated every smug except Marshal for me...I just gave up and settled with Colton at the time

Ugh. Some of them I've noticed rarely come up. I've had Jacques show up once, Zell once, and Tex twice(after an entire day of resetting). Im tempted to waste one more day resetting before giving up

Technically they can, but it takes ages, since it could be days, weeks, or months before a specific villager asks to move.
