Maybe he'd move from my campsite to someone else's? I've had campers in other peoples towns ask me how my town was before o.o.

You could try, but I've only ever seen people who have tried and the camper would not move to their village. Only the mayor of the village they are camping in can ask them to move.

Edit: Or did you mean from campsite to campsite? I've never heard of that before. If that works, that would be awesome.
