....How exactly do you convince a villager in someones town to move to yours? Do you just keep talking to them or something?

When they're already moving and they tell the person the date they're moving they'll start packing their stuff. You go over to the town who has the moving animal and talk to them and theirs an option to tell them to move into your town. you have to have space in your town for them though
