Actually, do you have any other villager types from my list you can trade? Mice are my least favorite out of everything on my list and after I looked at a pic of him he looks kind of ugly.

I said I'd take him. It sounds like you want to trade him,but why would you push so hard for him to trade if nobody has the characters you're looking for. I mean there probably is someone with the villagers you want, you just haven't set a trade up.

I guess if nobody wants him, it's the end of the day, and if you'll allow me to take him, will you let me take him?

It means they pack that day. I literally just did this today to boot out Chadder faster. He said he was leaving on the 14th, so I time travelled to the 13th and he wasnt packed yet. So I went to the 14th and he was packed and ready to go!
