How do i check ifa resident is moving? Just try find them and talk to them ?

When you walk in front of them , they'll get the "!!!" And come talk to you. If they're moving, they'll have that and then tell you

You mean moving out?
They'll run to you and want to talk with you.
Or, if you're talking to another villager, they may mention something about he [name here] wants to move out of the town and ask us to talk to them.
The best way it to TT 2 days. You won't risk losing villager that way. (Tough I'm not really sure, I haven't losing any villagers with this method)
