Villager clothing help

I have both W. Link and Epona in my town, neither of whom will keep their original clothing. I've got Epona into a poncho, which looks pretty good, but I'm at a loss for a decent outfit for W. Link. Does anyone have any suggestions that would work with his coloring? I'd appreciate it.

Maybe the leaf tee? It looks like a brighter version of W. Link's shirt.
I looked through MoriDB and also found:
samurai shirt
scale-armor suit
striking outfit
jinbei top

And if you want him to look maybe a little cuddly in the winter, there's the snowy sweater.

Thank you! I have Vic, as well, who already wears the scale-armor, but the others are ones I'll definitely consider.

It was the shade of grey of his fur that was throwing me.
