Villager choices!

Like I mentioned last month, I'm planning on buying another copy of New Leaf. I'm going for a candy-themed town, and I know Merengue would be a good villager for this future town. Who else should I bring to the town of Pudding?

Twiggy looks kind of candy-like to me and Bill makes me think of chocolate. Cookie was the villager I thought of immediately when I read this. Frita's house (though not her design, but if Tangy and Zucker count...) could work too. Are you looking for villagers that are food-themed, or just villagers that would look nice in a town with that theme?
